In-person & Online Starts on February 7th!

For Adults and Seniors, Wednesdays  6-7pm

Regenerate your body energy and mind while building strength and flexibility. 
Body Health and Fitness Ballet is a low impact fitness class that will offer you a time to Stretch, Breath, and Workout your body throughout simple exercise combinations.  Music will be involve to make it more fun and enjoyable.  

Body Health and Fitness Ballet Class will provide a fun, supportive and inspiring environment for all adults . A TIME TO CONNECT WITH OTHERS AND SHARE THE LOVE FOR HEALTHY MOVES. No dance experience needed! 
 
Class can be taken in-studio and online via Zoom. Class last for 60 minutes 
For the online classes you will need to be in a clear space where you can move your legs and arms freely and have something to balance with; a sturdy chair or a kitchen countertop.

DRESS CODE:  Please wear comfortable, but not too loose, clothing. You can wear soft-soled ballet shoes or socks. 
We recommend having some water to stay hydrated throughout the class.
It is very important you make us aware of any health issues that may impact on your participation. If you have an injury, or an existing medical condition we would recommend that you seek professional advice before booking and attending a class.
