These techniques improve connective tissue (fascial) functioning noticeably. You will gain knowledge, awareness and skills for keeping fascia healthy.It’s an interactive class where you can request what we focus on. Bring your yoga mat and drinking water.

Leah trained in Fascial Fitness with Divo Muller and Tom Myers and in The MELT Method with Sue Hitzmann. She has 7 years experience teaching Foam Rolling to improve fascial functioning for fitness and 25 years experience practicing massage therapy.
