$15 per class, drop-in. A 10 class card is available for $140. 

Please bring your own mat, or you may rent a mat at the studio for $3.

Authentic Yoga

Authentic Yoga is a deeply meditative practice that integrates physical postures, meditation, and applied yoga philosophy. We will practice traditional yoga postures in a way that invites transformation of the physical body, awakens awareness of energy, allows for the release of blocks and shifts of emotions, calms the mind, and increases mindfulness. It is a unique and powerful practice that is suitable for newbies and experienced yogis, alike!

Classic Hatha

In this class we will utilize asana (body postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques) as a way to prepare the physical body for stillness of the mind. We will work to nurture and love our bodies while also stretching to be the best version of ourselves. We will follow our breathing in every posture and finish each practice with a brief guided-meditation. This class is great for all levels of experience and modifications will always be offered.

Fundamentals

The emphasis of this class is on the fundamentals of yoga, including breath, alignment, and mindfulness. We will set strong foundations in a practice that builds  strength, increases flexibility, improves concentration, cultivates relaxation, and develops awareness—in a safe, accessible way. This class is ideal for beginners and for anyone looking to fine-tune their practice. Those who are new to yoga will learn how to practice in a safe and effective way, while more experienced practitioners will hone their skills and deepen their understanding.

Hatha Flow

An empowering and transformative practice that offers a dynamic flow of gentle rhythm of movement, links postures to breathe to revitalize the body. Students learn to focus inward, connect with inner strength and enter a meditative state that awakens self-compassion and clears the mind. Some postures are held longer to cultivate more heat enabling the body to release and shift deeply rooted tension, ultimately creating more ease in your body and your life. All are welcome. Posture modifications are offered to meet you where you are.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Power Flow

An All-Levels energizing Vinyasa flow class. There will be plenty of opportunities to modify the practice if you need more rest, or amplify the class if you feel inspired. As always, students are welcome to practice at their own pace.  

Vinyasa Slow Flow

Vinyasa (flow) yoga offered at a slower pace with deeper explanations of poses.  This class is great for beginners and more advanced practitioners who are looking to reconnect with the fundamentals yoga.
