Learn to use self-massage techniques (using soft rollers and balls provided) to improve connective tissue functioning.  Healthy connective tissue supports everything in our body and can improve your Pilates form and movement. 

This is an interactive class where you can make requests for better flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination or to relieve pain and stress, promote healing and relaxation.  Pilates exercises are used for stretching, strengthening and evaluating results of massage techniques.  Not your typical Pilates class.  Please bring a yoga mat and drinking water.
