Organic Afro Contemporary Dance Workshop with Marsha Parrilla

This class incorporates elements of Afro Caribbean, Contemporary, Ballet, and Improvisation, such that they fit together harmoniously. Dancers will explore rhythmicality and timing through floor work, center exercises, and partnering work designed to entice the body to think in different ways through movement. The final combination will be based on this exploration, and with some room for improvisation. Live music!
